These terms govern your use of USPortGo, operated by Petes Travel Center. By purchasing or using USPortGo, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A one-time payment of $2.99 gives you ongoing access to USPortGo's cruise port information for every port currently included in the app, for as long as the app remains operational. This is not a subscription - there's no recurring charge.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US Dollars. We may change the price for future purchasers at any time; this does not affect access you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because this is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. That said, if something's genuinely wrong - a payment error, a technical problem preventing you from accessing the app - contact petestravel@yahoo.com and we'll make it right.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep terminal assignments, parking rates, hotel details, and other port information accurate and checked against official sources. However, cruise ports change things - construction, new cruise line agreements, seasonal pricing - faster than any guide can track in real time. USPortGo is provided for planning purposes only. Always confirm critical details (terminal, parking, timing) directly with your cruise line or the port authority before you travel, especially close to your sail date.

The "Ask a Question" feature

This feature uses AI to answer questions, sometimes using live web search. While we aim for accurate, helpful answers, AI-generated responses can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Treat answers as a helpful starting point, not a guarantee - verify anything time-sensitive or safety-related independently.

Restoring access

If you switch devices or clear your browser, you can restore access using the email address you originally paid with. We'll email you a secure link. Keep access to that email address, since it's how we verify your purchase.

Acceptable use

USPortGo is for your personal use in planning your own cruise travel. Please don't scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the content, or attempt to circumvent the payment system.

Third-party services mentioned in the app

USPortGo references independent third parties - parking providers, hotels, and similar businesses. We don't own, operate, or control these businesses, and we can't guarantee their pricing, availability, or service. Any transaction you make with them is between you and that business.

No warranty; limitation of liability

USPortGo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to USPortGo is limited to the amount you paid for access ($2.99).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of USPortGo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
